Our origin story is that of business leaders who were handed nothing. In studying those who created and passed down generational wealth, consistent themes were unearthed. Common elements were long-term strategic vision, relatively unorthodox solutions, relentless pursuit of goals, and a network of high achieving associates.
Brule St. Croix is named for the pristine headwaters of two mighty rivers in northern Wisconsin. One investment thesis of our team is that the clear waters of the upper Midwest will be the last bastion of defense against development and climate issues that this area strategically is insulated from.
Rivers and their tributaries serve as a great analogy regarding a company’s organizational chart. The humble springs, and small creeks are the source that are small, but many. Those small sources of water are the only way that mighty rivers are formed and continue to flow. If the source is removed, the mighty river will seize to flow. We start our consulting journey in a similar fashion…..at the source….which is the customer, and those in the company that touch the customer. We then work our way downstream to the executive level. We feel this approach to consulting presents more powerful insights, and results in exponential improvements.
